Make sure that the earbuds are charged,turned on,and within the effective range.
Please ensure your earbuds have been taken out of the charging case and in pairing state.
Check if both earbuds are connected to your mobile phone,you can play music to check.
Put both earbuds in the box,and then take them out again to activate.
Disconnect from other Bluetooth devices.
Manually reset the earbuds.For more information, please refer to the <Quick Guide>.
